March 15-16, Synopsis and overview of the diet.

Before i begin, i will explain the diet.  It is pretty basic, meats, eggs and full fat/no lactose dairy.  My diet will consist of red meat, some fowl, eggs, cheese, whipping cream, butter, bacon and cod liver oil.  As of now i will not be supplementing any extra vitamins but that might change in the future.  There will be no measuring or timing of food, i have a pretty good idea of how much i need to eat but i will let my body do the talking.  The eating schedule will loosely follow this plan.

7-8pm - begin fast
11am-12pm - end fast (first meal)
3pm - pre workout meal
5pm - post workout meal
6-7pm - second big meal

As for exercise, i try to walk twice a day, once in the morning fasted i do a long dog hike in the woods.  Once again in the afternoon with my son on my back.  Usually i try to get in the gym almost everyday to work on something,  i have no set routine, just things i want to work on.   Okay, on to day 1.

Thoughts:
Good first day, it was pretty easy to follow the diet.  Ate eggs and bacon for first meal and steak for second, cheese and cream got thrown in along the way.  First day in the books.

Carnivore: 100%

Thoughts:
Another great day, ate about the same as the day before.  Went and stocked up on some coconut milk, good butter, lots of cheese and steak.  Feeling really good but sore in my hammys, took the day off.  Got two long walks in.  So far no keto tiredness, lots of evergy and no cravings or hunger pains.
