Thoughts:
Got in only one walk this AM, it started to rain shortly after which is nice, lots of snow to melt. Had a late first meal and was feeling kind of funny before i ate, sort of a lump in the throat feeling. Went away shortly after. Woke up early today so i cant tell if thats why im tired or because of ketosis setting in. Probably both. stayed 100% even after going out and being offered all sorts of carbs, this diet is amazing for a feeling of fullness on no hunger pains. Pretty pumped!
